At Blue Dingo Consulting, we understand that raising a puppy takes time, consistency, and effort. Many clients do a great job but find it hard to keep up with training during busy workdays.
We are excited to offer our Puppy Developmental Program, an in-home day training program designed to complement and reinforce the hard work you are already doing.
Completed within your home and neighborhood, this program brings our professional, Fear Free-certified trainers directly to your puppy during the workweek. Think of us as your skilled training partner, providing dedicated developmental support that fits with your ongoing training goals.
Our Focus: Complementing Your Training Efforts
Our professional trainers provide the consistent, high-repetition daytime practice puppies need to solidify essential skills. The Puppy Developmental Program focuses on practicing polite manners, building crate-training comfort, and intentional, safe socialization that is consistent with your household routine.
Our certified trainers utilize positive reinforcement principles to support your puppy’s development by working on:
Husbandry and Handling Support: We reinforce the work you are doing to build strong, positive associations with essential grooming tasks, nail trims, and veterinary handling by specialized Fear Free techniques.
Neutral Socialization: We provide careful exposure to different, novel sights, sounds, and experiences within their home and immediate neighborhood, prioritizing confident neutrality.
Age-Appropriate Field Trips: Once per week, our trainers lead structured field trips customized to each age group. These controlled excursions are focused on building positive associations and confidence in carefully selected real-world environments.
Structure and Routine Reinforcement: We actively enforce necessary potty breaks, reinforce your established crate and confinement comfort routines, and manage arousal levels through professional structured rest cycles.
Manners Practice: We provide dedicated practice of core behaviors to support the household habits you are establishing.
We are pleased to offer structured support for your developing puppy. To ensure success and behavioral consistency, our program is a dedicated multi-week package focused on professional implementation, which supports your daily routine.
Option 1: Focused Support Puppy Foundations and Mid- Day Potty break:
Handling & Routine Support: Structured 30-minute sessions focused on positive reinforcement for early handling, practice of basic manners (sit/ down, settling on leash/ walking brief distances, name recognition, etc), a potty break, and lunch (we will use a portion of their meal for training).
Option 2: The Developmental Package Puppy Developmental Support Package. Our comprehensive program is designed to partner with motivated owners.
Includes: Meet & Greet to design a plan around your current goals. Multiple training visits per week (customized to puppy age and specific needs). Once per week, a structured field trip to appropriate real-world environments. Digital report cards detailing progress and giving insights for your training. Coaching Session at the conclusion of the package for a seamless transition.
Pricing for Puppy Developmental Program packages is variable based on the necessary frequency and duration of visits required for your puppy’s specific developmental stage and your goals.
